me personaly i like the hero mainly cuz of size and the way it look. and i here and seen some people with a android 2.1 on it. and i also think the htc shero for sprint may be a little bit better for my taste.

WoW you ppl are Freaking dumb as F..K stolen tech.. this is a HTC Phone braned only for google sales which is why it does not have HTC sense UI on it do some dam Research . also has 512ram 512 rom and a 1ghz Processor with a 3.7inc screen you guys a dumb as hell. the Hero doesnot have anything on this phones hardware

Got one. So far, I think it's great. I also have an IPhone which I think is NOT so great. The android OS is definitely better than apple.

Google should be selling these for $180, the cost it takes to build them, not $500. I would have thought Google cared more about making something new and innovative that everyone could use rather than making a super expensive phone that no one can afford and no one can buy with any of their plans except for T-Mobile, and even then it costs $79.99/month plus the $180 for the phone..
